Hosting that guides.
And connects people.

For trade fairs, corporate events, stage programmes, online formats and weddings

Hosting

More than a microphone.

Good hosting does more than announce the next programme point. It helps people understand where they are in the event and what is about to happen.

It connects stage, schedule and audience. It brings guests along, keeps transitions light and gives an event orientation without weighing it down.

Whether wedding, trade fair or gala: the tone has to fit the occasion. Sometimes warm and calm. Sometimes entertaining. Sometimes precise and multilingual.

Roles

Every event needs a different voice.

Host.

So guests feel welcome from the very first moment.

As a host or event moderator, it is not only about announcing what happens next. It is about welcoming people, giving orientation and connecting programme points naturally. This works for weddings and anniversaries as well as receptions, corporate celebrations and special evening events.

Showmaster.

When entertainment becomes part of the experience.

Some moments are allowed to be bigger. City events, stage programmes, wedding games, interactive moments or custom show ideas need humour, spontaneity and a good feeling for the audience. Hosting keeps the frame without making the moment smaller.

Stage host.

Professional. Confident. Multilingual.

At trade fairs, in-house exhibitions, product presentations, corporate events and galas, clarity matters. Content needs to be understandable, transitions precise and communication confident. In German and English, I guide programmes, interviews, talks and stage situations where reliability matters as much as personality.

Individual.

When standard simply does not fit.

Some events do not need a ready-made hosting concept, but an idea that develops together. This can become a show element, a special transition, an online format or a schedule that fits the occasion, audience and atmosphere exactly.

What should your audience take home at the end?

What remains

Good hosting is rarely the centre of attention. And that is exactly what makes it so valuable.

My goal is not to stand in the spotlight myself.

My goal is that your guests feel well looked after. That transitions feel natural. That programme points flow into each other.

And that your event gets exactly the atmosphere you want.

When everything feels easy in the end, that is often where the best hosting has done its work.

Questions & Answers

Frequently asked questions.

I accompany weddings, private celebrations, corporate events, trade fairs and other special occasions. The right combination of music, hosting or additional services depends on your event.

I am based in the Allgäu. From here I accompany events across southern Germany and, by arrangement, also in Austria, Switzerland and Italy.

Yes. Many events are built from a fitting combination, for example live music and DJ, ceremony and music, or hosting with musical accompaniment. In our first conversation we clarify what suits your programme.

After your enquiry, we talk about the occasion, schedule and your ideas. For booked events you receive access to your personal event portal, where arrangements, files, timeline and important details can be organised centrally.

For popular dates, an early enquiry is helpful. Short-notice bookings are possible if the date is still available. A non-binding enquiry quickly gives you clarity.

Events need room to move. Changes can be coordinated beforehand through the event portal and handled flexibly on the day. The important thing is a clear framework that still leaves space for the moment.

I host trade fairs, in-house exhibitions, corporate events, galas, city events, stage programmes, online events, weddings and private celebrations. The tone can be warm, entertaining, precise, bilingual or camera-ready, depending on the occasion.

Yes. For trade fairs, in-house exhibitions and product presentations, I help make content understandable, connect programme points and keep visitors, clients or teams oriented. This can include stage segments, interviews, talks, transitions or camera moderation.

Yes. Online and hybrid formats are possible. In those settings, hosting needs an especially clear structure, precise timing and a tone that works through the camera as well as in the room.

Yes. Hosting, live music and DJ can be combined when it supports the flow of the event. This is especially helpful when transitions, programme moments and atmosphere should feel connected.

Yes. For trade fairs, corporate events, online formats and international guests, I can host programme points, transitions, interviews and conversations in German and English.

The important structure is prepared in advance: schedule, names, responsibilities, key messages and special moments. On the day itself, the hosting remains flexible enough to respond to the room, guests, speakers and the actual rhythm of the event.
